Between 2004 & 2009 she worked extensively in injury management particularly in the NSW Workcover framework. During this time she became certified in Thermal Stone Therapy & began integrating this into her treatments. In 2008 Susan studied the Casley-Smith method Complex Lymphatic Therapy. Lymphoedema Therapy then became a focus of Susan's work for the next two years.

At the end of 2008 Susan moved to Cairns. While in Cairns Susan continued providing Lymphoedema Therapy, and was also contracted to teach massage for the massage colleges in Cairns. She also studied a Dip of Shiatsu and Oriental Therapies. During 2009 Susan had the wonderful opportunity to be part of the team at the award winning Reef House Spa Palm Cove and after relocating to Central QLD, provided Remedial Massage at the busy and vibrant Satori Skin and Body Management in Yeppoon.
